Quinn Motors of Ellsworth (405 W. Main St, Ellsworth, WI) has a Bookkeeping Professional position open. The Bookkeeping position is full time (Monday - Friday, no weekends).
Position is within a fun, relaxed, yet fast-paced working environment. Bookkeeper position works directly with Dealer Principal
Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the bookkeeping knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Essential Duties
- Record-keeping using documents like invoices, receipts, sales slips, check stubs to record business transactions in ledgers or computer files
- Learn dealer CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Learn General Motors accounting system
- Reconciling accounts: Ensuring accounts are balanced and reconciled
- Reporting: Creating reports that show cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profit and loss
- Payroll: Calculating employee wages and preparing payroll checks
- Tax preparation: Preparing tax reports for withholding, Social Security, and other taxes
- Customer statements: Preparing and mailing monthly statements to customers
- Answer phones
- Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience
Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
